📝 Return Conditions

  • 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Original Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Inspection: Any item that does not meet these criteria may be refused upon arrival.
  • Size-Related Returns: Returns due to incorrect size selection are not accepted. Please carefully review our size chart before placing your order. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our detailed size guide to ensure the perfect fit.

All returns must be sent to our logistics center in China.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Shipping Tip: We do not provide prepaid return labels. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
